Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 5 September 2026

1. Our Commitment

LMTS QA Consulting is committed to making its website and digital services accessible and usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people with disabilities.

Accessibility forms part of our broader commitment to quality, inclusive digital experiences and continuous improvement.

This commitment applies to the LMTS QA Consulting public website and web application, including:

  • public website content;

  • navigation;

  • contact and enquiry forms;

  • job advertisements;

  • job-search functionality;

  • online job applications;

  • newsletter forms;

  • testimonial forms; and

  • other public-facing digital functionality operated by LMTS.

2. Accessibility Standard

LMTS aims to design, develop and maintain its public website and web application with reference to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.

WCAG provides internationally recognised guidance for making digital content more:

  • perceivable;

  • operable;

  • understandable; and

  • robust.

Our adoption of WCAG 2.2 Level AA is an accessibility target and continuous-improvement commitment.

It should not be interpreted as a representation that every page, component or third-party integration will at all times achieve perfect conformance.

3. Accessibility Measures

LMTS seeks to incorporate accessibility into its website through measures such as:

  • semantic HTML;

  • appropriate document and heading structures;

  • keyboard-accessible navigation;

  • visible keyboard focus indicators;

  • descriptive page titles;

  • appropriate form labels;

  • meaningful button and link text;

  • alternative text for meaningful images;

  • sufficient colour contrast;

  • interfaces that do not rely on colour alone;

  • responsive layouts;

  • appropriate text sizing;

  • zoom support;

  • accessible form-validation messages;

  • clear error identification;

  • logical focus order;

  • accessible authentication where applicable;

  • appropriately sized interactive targets;

  • reduced unnecessary motion;

  • accessible status messages; and

  • compatibility with commonly used assistive technologies where reasonably achievable.

4. Job Application Accessibility

LMTS recognises that an accessible recruitment process is particularly important.

We therefore aim to ensure that applicants can:

  • locate current vacancies;

  • read job descriptions;

  • navigate application forms using a keyboard;

  • understand required fields;

  • identify validation errors;

  • upload required application documents;

  • save application progress where available;

  • return to an unfinished application; and

  • submit applications using commonly used browsers and assistive technologies.

Where an applicant cannot reasonably use the online application process because of an accessibility barrier, LMTS encourages the applicant to contact us so that an alternative reasonable application method can be considered.

Requesting an accessibility accommodation will not, by itself, negatively affect an application.

5. Keyboard Access

We aim for important functionality to be usable without requiring a mouse.

Users should generally be able to navigate interactive elements using standard keyboard controls such as:

  • Tab;

  • Shift + Tab;

  • Enter;

  • Space;

  • arrow keys where appropriate; and

  • Escape where appropriate.

Interactive controls should provide a visible indication when they receive keyboard focus.

6. Screen Readers and Assistive Technology

LMTS seeks to use semantic markup, labels and accessible names to support technologies such as:

  • screen readers;

  • screen magnification;

  • speech-recognition software;

  • keyboard-only navigation; and

  • other assistive technologies.

Compatibility may vary depending on the browser, operating system, assistive technology and version being used.

7. Text, Colour and Display

Where reasonably possible, the website is designed so that:

  • text remains readable when enlarged;

  • important information does not rely solely on colour;

  • foreground and background content provide suitable contrast;

  • interface controls remain distinguishable;

  • layouts adapt across common screen sizes; and

  • users can use browser zoom without unnecessarily losing functionality.

8. Forms

Forms are an important part of the LMTS website.

We aim to provide:

  • clear labels;

  • instructions where needed;

  • understandable required-field indicators;

  • accessible validation;

  • meaningful error messages;

  • appropriate autocomplete information where relevant; and

  • logical navigation between fields.

Where an error occurs, users should be given reasonable information about how to correct it.

9. Application Drafts and Time Limits

Where job-application progress can be saved locally in a browser, LMTS seeks to reduce unnecessary time pressure on applicants.

Where security-related session time limits are necessary, LMTS will seek to design them in a manner consistent with accessibility and security requirements.

10. Images and Multimedia

Meaningful images should ordinarily include appropriate alternative text.

Decorative images may be hidden from assistive technologies where appropriate.

Where LMTS publishes significant multimedia content, accessibility measures such as captions, transcripts or other alternatives may be provided where reasonably appropriate.

11. Documents

LMTS may occasionally make documents available for download.

We aim to improve the accessibility of important downloadable documents.

Where a document is not reasonably accessible, users may contact LMTS to request the information in an alternative format, where reasonably possible.

12. Third-Party Content

Some website functionality may be provided by third-party services.

Examples may include:

  • maps;

  • embedded media;

  • external recruitment tools;

  • analytics;

  • social-media content;

  • document viewers; or

  • other external components.

LMTS may not have complete control over the accessibility of third-party services.

We will nevertheless seek to select and configure services responsibly where reasonably practicable.

13. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the website may not yet fully meet our accessibility objectives.

Examples may include:

  • older content;

  • third-party integrations;

  • legacy documents;

  • unusual browser combinations; or

  • newly released functionality undergoing improvement.

Accessibility is treated as an ongoing process rather than a once-off exercise.

14. Reporting an Accessibility Problem

We welcome feedback about accessibility barriers.

If you experience difficulty using the LMTS website, please provide, where possible:

  • the page or feature affected;

  • the problem encountered;

  • the browser being used;

  • the device being used;

  • any assistive technology involved; and

  • the alternative format or assistance required.

15. Alternative Access

Where a website accessibility problem prevents a user from accessing important information or completing an important process, LMTS will seek, where reasonably possible, to provide an alternative means of access.

This may include assistance through:

  • email;

  • telephone;

  • an alternative document;

  • an alternative job-application process; or

  • another reasonable format.

16. Continuous Improvement

LMTS may periodically:

  • review website components;

  • conduct accessibility testing;

  • review keyboard usability;

  • review colour contrast;

  • assess forms;

  • test responsive layouts;

  • assess assistive-technology compatibility; and

  • remediate identified issues.

New functionality should, where reasonably practicable, consider accessibility during design, development and quality assurance rather than only after deployment.

17. Changes to This Statement

This Accessibility Statement may be updated as:

  • the website changes;

  • accessibility improvements are made;

  • new functionality is introduced;

  • standards evolve; or

  • accessibility issues are identified.
